    An emotional support animal (ESA) may provide comfort and symptom relief for individuals experiencing certain mental health conditions.

    This evaluation determines whether documentation supporting an emotional support animal may be clinically appropriate based on your symptoms and functional needs.

  2. Workplace Accommodation Evaluations - $250

    Some individuals experience mental health symptoms that affect their ability to function in certain work environments.

    This evaluation assesses whether workplace accommodations may help reduce symptom-related barriers and improve work functioning for individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, panic symptoms, or PTSD-related difficulties.

    Individuals sometimes request accommodations such as:

    • remote or hybrid work arrangements
    • flexible scheduling
    • additional breaks during the workday
    • quiet or reduced sensory workspaces
    • reduced meeting load
    • written instructions for tasks
    • adjustments to lighting or noise levels

    The evaluation determines whether documentation supporting an accommodation may be clinically appropriate.

Payment covers the clinical evaluation process. Documentation is issued only if clinically appropriate. Documentation reflects the clinician’s findings at the time of evaluation and may need to be updated after approximately 12 months depending on the requirements of the requesting organization.
